Cardcaptor Sakura 2 : The Movie

The movie starts at a deserted western-style house in the process of being demolished. Suddenly there is a small explosion within the house and a mysterious card is seen illuminating under the half-destroyed floor.
Sakura and Tomoyo go to Yomeda Yuen, a new amusement park, to relax after rehearsing a play at their school in which Sakura plays the princess and Takashi Yamazaki plays the prince. There, they bump in Syaoran and Meiling (Sakura literally "bumped" into Syaoran.) Sakura's feelings for Syaoran are unexpressed despite the fact that he has made his feelings known to her.
Sakura's cards begin to disappear without her noticing. But Sakura notices that parts of her town are going missing. A postal box and a small bridge in her local park both disappear, as if they have been cut off with a sharp knife.
Sakura soon finds out from Eriol that this new power is Clow's 53rd card, the Sealed card. It has the power of all of the other 52 cards combined. Eriol explains that the balance between the two powers was broken when the positive cards became Sakura Cards. He also says that every time the Sealed Card gets a Sakura Card, something near her will be lost. To solve the problem, Sakura must convert the sealed card into a Sakura Card and restore the balance. But in order to do so, one's most important feeling must be sacrificed.
It is finally the day of the Nadeshiko Festival. Everybody in town is out to enjoy this special day. Another card flies away from Sakura's bag and a big void sphere appears in the school ground, Sakura uses Sleep to prevent a panic but moments later, it also flies away. Takashi injured his arm when he fell under the power of Sleep and cannot participate in the play. Some students suggest canceling the play but Takashi suggests that Syaoran take his place.
Later that evening, the play finally starts. In the middle of it, the stage lights suddenly explode and the ground begins to shake. A string of Sakura Cards flies away from her bag into the dark sky. Dark void spheres appear over the audience making everyone except for Sakura, Syaoran, Tomoyo, Meiling, Kero, and Yue vanish. Sakura is determined to get them back and defeat the Sealed Card. Syaoran states hes going with her.
More of the Sakura cards are stolen as the battle begins. Tomoyo and Meiling are captured by the dark spheres as well. It is then that Yue points to where the Sealed Card is hiding - Tomeda Yuen. Yue and Cerberus both attack the Sealed Card but are quickly captured in a dark sphere. Syaoran confronts the card, thinking that he stands a chance against it since his magic is not dependent on the Clow Cards. He manages to hurt the Sealed Card but it eventually deflects his attack and another void sphere appears around him, but he reappears at the base of the tower, wounded. Sakura races after the Sealed Card, but is trapped between two gaping holes. The Sealed Card tells Sakura that she is lonely and wants her friends back and doesn't understand why Sakura gets in the way. Sakura retaliates by saying that friends never push each other. The Sakura cards free themselves from the girl's powers and surrounds the sphere. The Sealed Card is shocked and collapses in tears. The cards align themselves to make a bridge between Sakura and the girl. Sakura approaches the girl and tells her not to worry and join them. While Sakura is prepared to transform the Sealed Card, she remembers that she has not expressed her feelings. When she orders the rebirth of the card, it attacks the person next to her, Syaoran. The attack is negated by a card that Sakura made, when she thought about Syaoran and cried. The tear and her feelings made a new card, called The Hope. The card transforms and Sakura collapses in tears.
Sakura stares at Syaoran with tears in her eyes. She believes it is too late but she expresses her true feelings to him anyways. He replies in a gentle voice that he feels the same way, "Me too, Sakura." the way Syaoran said her name made Sakura realize that Syaoran didn't lose his important and most cherish feeling, his love for Sakura.
